JOB INFO:
- Full time and Part time position
- Marketing and sales of residential property.
- Conduct booth exhibit manning, phone manning, and project site manning
- Assist clients for site tripping and viewing of model units
- Prospecting of positive clients
- Agent transaction to close the sale
- Post online ads in social media
- Sales process to book the sales
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree program or graduate of any 4-year course only are qualified to apply.
- or Any 2-year graduate with 1 year real estate experience (should have TOR)
- With or without experience
- Team player
- Goal oriented with strong drive to succeed and consistently meets performance standards
- Customer focused and with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Can work in a team and has sense of responsibility
- Owns and drives a car is advantage but not necessary
COMPENSATION:
- 3 per cent commission for every booked sales
- Can earn a minimum of 1.8 Million pesos per year up to 3.5 Million pesos per year or higher depending on the number of booked sales each year
- Allowance of Php1,000 pesos for every 1Million pesos worth or booked sale per month.
